Admission Procedure

Our school follows the KERALA state Board syllabus (from Std I to XII). Fresh admissions are accepted only in Std. I and XI. Admission to other classes depends on whether seats are available due to pupils transfer to other schools.

  1. The candidate must complete successfully the syllabus of U.K.G.
  2. Recommendation of any sort will not be entertained.
  3. There is no provision for reserving seats in case you fail to come on the specified date and time.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

  1. Birth Certificate in original with the pupil’s name and initial entered in it and a Photostat copy of the same. Aadhaar and the Photostat copies of the same. Admission will not be given without producing Aadhar card. The copy of the Vaccination card is also to be submitted at the time of admission

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1.  Date of Admission – Intimate later
  2. Collect the Admission form from the office
  3. Read it attentively; enter it legibly in capital letters.
  4. All columns should be duly filled.
  5. Correction or over writings are not permitted in the Admission form.
  6. No alteration can be made either in the name or in the date of birth in future.
  7. The residential address must be complete and specific
  8. Enter in to the form your correct phone numbers
  9. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/OEC/SIUC or any eligible caste must produce the respective caste certificate.
  10. Both the parents and the child must be present at the time of Admission.
  11. The father of the child is expected to sign the admission form.
  12. You are requested to go through the parent commitment paper, and return it to the office along with the Admission form.
  13. Filled up application form along with the birth certificate & Aadhar copy have to submit to the H.M.
  14. Filled the bio-data and select the activity of your choice in the CCA form given and submit it in the office.
  15. After the admission, uniform measurement has to be taken from our tailoring centre. Advance Rs. 1000/- has to be remitted at the centre.
  16. You have to bring three passport size photos in school uniform (Blue & White) on or before 20th May at the school office.
  17.  Catechism book ( for Christian students) Diary, ID card, and progress report will be issued after reopening.
  18.  See the School bus Route Chart put up on the notice board.  The parents who need the bus service kindly remit 4000/- as an 1st term payment towards it.
  19.  School will be re-opened on 1st June 2018.  It is compulsory to have students attendance on the reopening day.  Timing on the reopening day will be 8.30 am to 12 noon.  Other days from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm.

UNIFORM

  • Our tailoring Centre will provide you with the uniform.
  • Each student should have 2 sets of blue uniform and I set of white uniform.
  • At the time of Admission pay Rs. 5000/- as Maintenance fee.

Fee Remittance Details – from First term onwards.

We follow the E- Fee system.  Remittance of fees will be done through Federal Bank by three instalments. 

Admission to Plus 2 classes.

1) Application forms duly filled up together with copies of certificate to prove age and qualification (self-attested) should reach the Head of Institution by registered post or submitted in person on or before the date fixed by the Government.

2) The original certificate should not be sent along with the application. The application which are incomplete and which are improper or defective will be rejected. Late applications will not be considered.

3)  Two seats will be reserved for outstanding sportsmen. These seats will be filled up by the authorities concerned based on the recommendation of Kerala Sports Council/district council.

4) The original certificates submitted to the school office at the time of admission will not be returned during the course period. Students are advised to keep sufficient attested copies of certificates for their use.

Candidates provisionally selected will be required to appear for an interview before the Principal on a specified date. Those who fail to turn up for the interview will forfeit their claims for admission. The candidates at the time of interview must be accompanied by the guardian and produce the documents below:

a)   Memo Card received from School.
b)   T. C. in the original.
c)   The original Certificate and Mark list of the qualifying examination.
d)   Conduct certificate obtained from the institution last attended.
e)   Income Certificate from the Village Officer if the candidate belongs to a backward community and if eligible for fee concession.
f)    Community Certificate for SC/ST Students.
g)   Income and community Certificate if the Candidate belongs to OBC/OEC.
h)   Certificate from the Parish Priest (for Catholics only)
